Rev. Pastor Gregory Allen Boyd (Chief White Eagle) born on November 18, 1958, was sixty-three years old and was called to his Heavenly Home on September 23, 2022.
He was a loving, husband, daddy, papa, brother, pastor and friend. He had a heart that loved big. Opening the doors of God’s House of Prayer in January 1999, God used him as willing vessel to pastor and sow many seeds for the Kingdom of God. With his love of riding his motorcycle it was only fitting when he established the J. C. Riders motorcycle ministry, which God used as another avenue of ministry. He also enjoyed singing, playing his guitar, and writing songs. You could often find him out feeding the wildlife and taking care of God’s creation while standing in awe at God’s beauty where he would often go to hear from the Lord. He left behind an incredible legacy, and he will be greatly missed.
Preceded by his parents, Dean and Shelia Boyd of Cumming, GA.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly June Davenport Boyd of Marble Hill, GA; daughter and son in law, Krystal and Jody Phillips of Ball Ground, GA; son, Marcus Allen Boyd & Stacy Ritterbusch of Cumming, GA; grandchildren, Tyler Stewart, Lindsay Hughes, LeAngel Stewart, Jacob Boyd, Mackenzie Phillips, Elijah Phillips, & Elisha Phillips; great grandson, Oliver Bailey; brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Susan Boyd of Hiawassee, GA; sister Alisa Green of Cumming, GA.
