Gus Martin

Johnny (Gus) Martin, age 54, of Cumming passed away Monday, January 18, 2016. Gus was a loving father and brother and a friend to all who had a big smile and big laugh with a heart to back it all. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church Survivors include his sons, Dusty Martin and Alex Martin of Cumming; brother, Jerry (Lisa) Martin of Cumming; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 21, at 2:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ruel Martin, Rev. Danny Bennett and Rev. Jerry Pruitt officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 1:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
