Harold Wallace

Harold Wallace, 90, of Cumming, GA passed away May 22, 2022. Mr. Wallace was born in Cumming, GA to the late Naman and Grace Pirkle Wallace. Harold was a lifelong resident of Cumming and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. Mr. Wallace loved the sport of baseball from youth sports to his favorite professional team the Atlanta Braves. He coached little league baseball for his two son’s teams throughout their childhood locally in Forsyth County. Harold retired from Sawnee EMC with 38 years of dedicated and faithful service.  Mr. Wallace will be remembered as a Christian man who loved his family. He is preceded in death by his brothers Marcus Wallace and Hugh Wallace.

Harold is survived by his loving wife of 68 years Marie Fagan Wallace; sons and daughter in-law Russ Wallace, Greg and Lisha Wallace; sister and brother in-law Hazel and Lewis Darnell; 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday May 24, 2022 in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Wilson Pruitt, Rev. Cecil Pruitt, and Mr. Tyler Wallace officiating.
