Hazel Marie Turner

Hazel Marie Turner, age 90, of Dawsonville, GA, passed away Monday, September 17, 2018. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joel Grace Garrett; her brother, Roy Garrett; and her husband, J.L. Turner.

She is survived by her children, Harris (Rhonda) Turner and Shirley (Larry) Hamby, both of Dawsonville, brothers-in-law sisters-in-law, Doris Garrett, Cumming, Ivan (Nancy) Turner, Dawsonville, Kermit Turner, Cumming, Doris Hamby, Cumming, Opal Holtzclaw, Cumming, Stella Dyer, Dawsonville, grandchildren, Ginger (Kevin) Bearden, Rev. Jason (Beth) Hamby, Justin (Lynn) Turner, Nathan (Tiffany) Turner, Jarred Turner, and 9 great grandchildren.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00am Wednesday, September 19, 2018 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jason Hamby Rev. Ruel Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00pm to 9:00pm Wednesday from 9:00am to service time.
