Henry Asa Tuten

Henry Asa Tuten Jr., Asa to his friends, died on the morning of April 23, 2015 after a long battle with Leukemia. He is survived by his wife Linda, son Jim, daughter Ashley and her husband Mark Sidwell, and his grandchildren: Sidney Sidwell, Daniel Tuten, Erik Tuten and David Tuten. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at Smoke Rise Baptist Church, 5901 Hugh Howell Road, Stone Mountain, Georgia 30087 on Saturday morning May 9th at 11:00 am with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, Asa requested that contributions be made in his name "Henry Asa Tuten Jr." to the Leukemia Program at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University, Office of Gift Records, Emory University, 1762 Clifton Rd. NE, Suite 1400, Atlanta, GA 30322.
