Horace Sweatman

Mr. Horace Sweatman, age 72, of Royston passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2013. Mr. Sweatman was born December 21, 1941 in Forsyth County, Georgia to Vernice Sweatman and the late Roy Sweatman. Mr. Sweatman was a member of Daves Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by his mother Vernice Sweatman,and his wife of 50 years, Margie Sweatman and their children Scott and Tammie Sweatman, Chris and Angela Sweatman, Teresa and Carey Harrison, and Alan and Christy Sweatman and his 6 grandchildren; Cayley, Austin, Ali, Alex, Phoebe and Anna; his sister Diane Oaks and two brothers, Morris and Jerry Sweatman; preceded in death by his sister Joyce Smith. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM and Monday, 9:00 AM until 12 noon. The funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home at 1:00 PM followed by a graveside service at Daves Creek Baptist Church.
