Hugh Carroll Waters, age 67 passed away Thursday, September 11, 2014. Survivors include his wife, Mary Frances; children, Rebecca Lynn of Cumming, Janice Elaine and Clint Bennett of Cumming, Angie Darlene and Jerry Tucker of Cumming; grandchildren, Kurisha Marie Shirley, Natasha Lynn and William Hudson, Frances Louise Sheets, Casey Dewany and Felicia Bennett; 10 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 14th at 1:00pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Henry Wade officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Friday, September 12th from 6:00pm until 9:00pm, Saturday, September 13th from 9:00am until 9:00pm, and on Sunday, September 14th from 9:00am until the time of the service.
