Hugh Howell Brannon

Hugh Howell Brannon, age 77, of Cumming, passed away Friday, November 28th, 2014. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. A Christian man of the Baptist faith, he was a member of Castleberry Road Baptist Church. Hugh was a Veteran of the United States Army and a member of Lafayette Lodge #44 F and a Yaarab Shrine. He was preceded in death by his parents, Theron and Irene Brannon. Survivors include his wife, June Blackstock Brannon of Cumming; children, Michael L. and Lisa Brannon, Karen and Jeffrey Heard, Linda Brannon Vickery, Brian and Katie Brannon all of Cumming; brothers and sisters-in-law, Roger and Frances Brannon, Jerry and Joan Brannon all of Canton; grandchildren, Mikey Brannon, Izabella and Sadee Vickery, Caroline and Emily Heard, Jackson, Avery and Ellie Brannon. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 2nd at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Shaun Wright and Dr. Joe Vernon officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Monday from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm and Tuesday from 9:00 am until hour of the service.
