Ida Louise "granny& Whitlow

Ida Louise Granny Whitlow, of Cumming, passed away Friday, November 26, 2010,at the grand age of 93. She loved being a wife, mother and grandmother, and spending time with her family more than anything. She is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Bond Whitlow, both parents, a brother and a grandson. She is survived by her 4 children and their spouses, a daughter, Jacqueline Eloise Daniel (Ronald); 3 sons, Roy Ben Whitlow (Jean), Jimmy Bond Whitlow (Joanne), Billy George Whitlow (Sally); 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; a sister, Inez Weiss of California; nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 29, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church of Cumming with Pastor Stan Percival officiating. The family will receive friends and family on Sunday, November 28, 2010 from 5:00 7:00 p.m. and on Monday, November 29, 2010 from 12:30 p.m. until the hour of service. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens where she will be laid to rest beside her husband, Bond. In lieu of flowers those who wish may donate to First Christian Church of Cumming 1270 Sawnee Drive Cumming, Ga. 30040. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
