Ineal Gravitt Heard

Mrs. Ineal Gravitt Heard, born February 3, 1925, of Cumming, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Heard; father, Edgar Gravitt; mother, Ella Gravitt; sister, Opal Smith; and brother, Coy Gravitt. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Charles Ingram; sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Brenda Heard of Cumming and Rex and Pam Heard of Dawsonville; eight grandchildren, Lauren Smith, Julie Grogan, Susan Smith, Lori Furbush, Kristi Quinn, David Ingram, Jeff Heard and Dustin Heard; fifteen great grandchildren; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Hugh and Janice Heard, Bobby Smith, Kate and Pierce Corn, Artie Hammond and Mary Ruth Gravitt; several nieces, nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 6th at 11:00 am at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in Coal Mountain Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Thursday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Coal Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 3220 Dahlonega Hwy., Cumming, GA 30040. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
