Jack Edward Berchak

Jack Edward Berchak, age 79, of Marietta died Saturday, January 25, 2014. He
was born in Elmira, New York. He was in the United States Army from 1953 to 1955
and served in the United States and Germany in the tank corp.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann; his sons Scott, Eric and Paul of Marietta;
grandchildren Lisa Hendrickson of Salisbury, NC, Chad Berchak of Marietta; great
grandchildren, Tyson and Kadyn Hendrickson, Salisbury, NC; brothers Carl Berchak,
Saylorsburg, PA, Henry L. Berchak, Terrytown, LA, John Park, Dryden, NY.
