James Ryan Clift

James Ryan Clift, age 46, passed away peacefully on June 1st, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born on October 7th, 1977, James was a devoted husband, father, brother, son, and friend who touched the lives of many with his infectious enthusiasm for life.

James is survived by his beloved wife, Jessica, and their three beautiful daughters, Presley, Dyllan, and Karsyn. He was a loving and supportive father, always putting his family first and cherishing every moment spent with them. His daughters were the light of his life, and he took immense pride in their achievements and dreams. 

In addition to his immediate family, James is survived by his parents, James and Pamela Clift, his brother, Justin; his sister, Ashleigh (Ricky) Skuse; his sister-in-law, Olivia (Patrik) Wenthe; Mother-in-law, Sharon West; Nephews, Hudson and Sam Wenthe, Ricky and Luke Skuse; Grandparents, Leona Matheny, James Lee Clift, and Lorena Biser. 

James was a passionate fisherman, skilled woodworker, and talented handyman. His love for lake life was evident in the countless hours he spent casting a line, enjoying his dock, or taking his family on boat rides. James was a man of integrity, hard work, and compassion. Always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, his warm smile and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.  His legacy of love, kindness, and dedication will continue to inspire and guide those he left behind.  May the force be with him always.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, June 7, at 11:00 a.m. at Sawnee View Gardens.

Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 7th at 6:00 p.m. at Three Oaks Farm 3565 Tallant Dr., Cumming, Ga 30028
