James Franklin Bartlett

James Franklin Bartlett, age 68 of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away on May 29, 2013. Memorial service will be held at New Holland Baptist Church, 7 Quarry St. Gainesville, Georgia on Saturday June 8, 2013 at 11:00 am. Service will be officiated by Rev. Mike Taylor and Rev. R. Mark Russell. James (Bart) is predeceased by his father and mother, George and Esther Bartlett and son Jon David Bartlett. He is survived by his wife Sandra Bartlett, son Dan (Marian) Bartlett of Albion, NY; daughters Krista Peterman of Jacksonville, IL and Gina Fauci (Wayne Ladner) of Flowery Branch, GA; grand daughters Brittany Dean (Matt McCall) and Kayleigh Peterman; Brother John (Evelyn) Bartlett; sister Mary Lynn Baehr; special friend Ramon Martinez; Aunts Myrtle Lindstrom and Eloise Putman; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Bart was employed by Northeast Georgia Medical Center for 15 years. He had a passion for music, reading and history. He was a co-founding member of the Lake Lanier Parrot Head Club, former Elk Lodge member and a member of New Holland Baptist Church. Bart never met a stranger. He adored his family, especially his grand daughters. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
