James "Herbert" Brannon

James "Herbert" Brannon, age 81, Dahlonega, GA, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012. He was a member of North Roswell Baptist Church. Herbert is preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Brannon; son, Lamar Brannon and daughter, Sue Lynn Lewis. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Mitchell and Glenda Brannon of Dahlonega; step daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Steve Curly of Dawsonville, Pamela and Jimmy Holtzclaw of Flowery Branch; sister, Jeanette Woodall of Ball Ground; brother, Atward Brannon of Atlanta; several grandchildren and great grandchildren along with other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Gober and Rev. Glendon Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Alpharetta, GA.
