James M. " Jim " Zacheis II, of Cumming, Georgia passed away on Friday, December 9th, 2011 with his loving family at his side.

The family will be receiving friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 13th, 2011 from the hours of 10 am until the hour or service at 1:00pm. Funeral Services will be held at the Byars Funeral Home Chapel at 1pm on December 13th, 2011.
