James Wesley Ferris Jr

James Wesley Ferris, Jr, age 67 of Cumming, passed away Friday, December 5th, 2014. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club and he volunteered his time at Wambaland at Browns Bridge Church. Wes proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his father, James Wesley Ferris, Sr.; and brother, Michael Lewis Ferris. Survivors include his wife, Christy Ferris of Cumming; mother, Carolyn Ferris of Gainesville; children, Lesa "Louis" Cavicchio of New Oxford, PA, Lara "Michael" Dressel of Cumming; brother, Joseph "Cheryl" Ferris of Buford; grandchildren, Miranda, Chase, Caden, Emily, Jane and Adam. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 11th at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Wills officiating. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Wednesday from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
