Jason Shane Dodd

Jason Shane Dodd, age 49, of Gainesville, GA., passed away May 14, 2022. He was a beloved son, brother, father, husband, uncle, and friend.  Jason loved music and motorcycles, as well as mountain roads and ocean beaches.  He worked at Kloeckner Metals for 28 years.  He is preceded in death by his father, Albert Dodd; brother, Andy Dodd; wife, Sheri Dodd.

He is survived by his daughter, Mercedes Dodd; stepsons, Phillip (Megan) Clark, Ashton (Kaylee) Clark; step granddaughter, Sawyer Clark; mother, Janice Robertson; sisters, Deborah Dodd, Cathy (Tim) Hitchcock, Casey (Andy) Adams; brother, Michael (Charlotte) Dodd; several nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 20, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Monroe officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Gardens. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., on Thursday, from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and on Friday, from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
