Jeffrey Allen Crane

Jeffrey Allen Crane, age 68, passed away suddenly on November 18, 2018 in his Alpharetta home.

Jeff was born February 2, 1950 in Rochester, NY by Christopher Bescher Crane and Marie Washburn Crane. At an early age, Jeff demonstrated an affinity for music, gravitating toward the guitar. Throughout the years, he collected instruments and played regularly with many friends including a core group known as "The Lobsters".

Jeff served in the U.S. Air Force for 4 years as a linguist. He was stationed in Thailand. After returning to the states, Jeff earned his bachelor's degree in Marketing at Georgia State University. He later met and married Kimberly Lane Long and had two sons, Andrew and Joseph.

Jeff was a former employee of Mitsubishi Digital Electronics in the position of Senior Sales Associate and recently with Honda Carland as a Maintenance Scheduler.

Jeff is survived by his sons Andrew Christopher Crane and Joseph Alexander Crane.

A memorial will be held in his honor at the Village Tavern in Alpharetta on Friday, November 23, 2018 at 12:30.
