Jeffrey Thomas Hammet

Jeffery Thomas Hammet 64 departed this life on Sunday 10/20/24. Jeff was a longtime resident of Forsyth County and was of Baptist faith.Mr. Hammet is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Virginia Hammet, sister, Darlene Hammet and brother Jim Hammet.

Survivors include his wife Sandy Hammet, and their children, Chase Hammet (Betsy), Amber Walker, Paige Hammet and Jeff’s faithful dog companion “Luna”. Siblings, Debbie Austin (Danny) and their children Brandi Kotsalis, Danny Austin (Kristi) and Jennifer Austin. Jeff was a highly respected HVAC service tech for Georgia Trane and Shumate Mechanical for over 40 years. The family will receive friends Wednesday October 23rd., 2024 from 5:00pm until 8:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home.
