Jeffrey Franklin Hughes

Jeffrey Franklin Hughes, 56, passed away at his residence on Friday, November 15.

He was a lifelong resident of Forsyth County, graduating from Forsyth County High School in 1986. Jeffrey loved to hunt and watch NASCAR. He was the former youth pastor at Freedom Tabernacle.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Hughes and grandparents, Fred H. and Virginia Williams and Avon and Pauline Hughes.

He is survived by his sons, Tray and Taylor Hughes; mother, Janice Hughes; sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Harold Hester; nephew, Ethan Hester; niece, Jenna-Ruth and Joseph Cronan; special cousins, Ginger Wagoner and Joni Poulnott.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 17, at 2:00 p.m. at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
