Jeremy Sean Harris

Jeremy Sean Harris passed away on January 21st at the age of 54 after a long, courageous battle with health issues. He was born on September 6 ,1967 in Macon GA where he grew up. Sean recently resided in Cumming, Georgia.

Sean was married to Tammy Lamont Harris. They have one daughter together Ella Harris, and share a granddaughter, Melrose Harris.  Sean also shares a daughter, Layla Coates, with his former wife Diane Coates.

Sean ran his own Pool and Spa business part-time and spent time raising his daughter and granddaughter. Sean loved his family, friends, music, fishing, golfing, racing, motorcycles, and so much more. He had an overall zest for life that was infectious.

Sean is survived by his wife Tammy, his children Layla and Ella, his granddaughter Melrose, his mother Gayle Miller, step-father Dave Miller, his sisters Keasha Harris, Katie Miller, TJ Harris Rowland and Laurie Harris Peterson, as well as his step-mother Joy Mize Harris Mathews. Sean is also survived by his grandfather “Pop” Evans, several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, a great-niece and 2 great-nephews.

Sean is preceded in death by his father Thomas Harris and his grandmother Melrose “Mimi” Evans.

Services are still to be determined while the family is working on service arrangements.

The family requests donations to the Diabetes, Kidney, or Heart Foundations in lieu of flowers.

The family would also like to thank everyone for all the love and support you have shown during this difficult time.  Sean was loved and he loved you all.
