Jerry Otwell Clifton

Jerry Otwell Clifton, age 88, of Cumming, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2011. Mrs. Clifton was born in Cumming and lived in Atlanta for 34 years before returning to Cumming. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cumming. She loved her Lord, her husband, her children and family. Survivors include her husband, Wiley Sutton Clifton of Cumming; daughter and son-in-law, Suzanne and Lee Fowler of Huntsville, AL; sons and daughters-in-law, David Wiley and Eileen Clifton of Conyers, Bill and Kathy Clifton of Gainesville; grandchildren, David Scott Fowler, William Mark Fowler, Steven Bradley Fowler, Michelle Lynn Clifton, Brian Matthew Clifton, William Andrew Clifton and Adam Charles Clifton; 6 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 26th at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church of Cumming with Dr. Bob Jolly officiating. Remains will be placed in state at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Friday from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
