Jessie Clyde "Duby" Swanson

Jessie Clyde "Duby" Swanson, age 85, of Cumming, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2015. Duby was a natural born artist who loved life and people. He loved God more than anything. He was a lifelong member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Clyde Swanson; brother, Stan Swanson; sisters, Betty Swanson, Francis Swanson Riley and nephew, Jimmy Riley. Survivors include his nephews, Mark Camp, Mike Camp, Matt and Marcia Camp, Mitch and Melissa Camp, Jerry and Betty Ann Riley; nieces, Marsha Camp, Debbie and Howard Connor; other relatives, Sandra Swanson Freeman, Pat Swanson Adams and a number of great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Riley, Rev. Pete Martin, Rev. Danny Orr and Rev. Allen Swafford officiating. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. A meal will follow at the church after the services. The family will receive friends on Friday, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
