Jessie Tinsley

Jessie Tinsley, age 72 of Cumming, passed away Monday, May 26, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Alene Tinsley; sister, Emma Brady; brothers, Willie Frank "Buddy" Tinsley and Gene Tinsley. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Lanell Tinsley of Cumming; children, Michael and Brenda Cook of Cumming, Cheryl Denise Turner of Jefferson, Jessie James, Jr. and Tammy Tinsley of Cumming, Rhonda and Jamie Brown of Franklin, Teresa and Chris Singleton of Cumming; sisters and brother-in-law, Esther Taylor of SC and Geraldine and Keith Dillingham of Dawsonville; 25 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; and several other relatives also survive. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 29th at 2:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Purcell officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Wednesday from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm and Thursday from 9:00 am until hour of the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ingram Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
