Jimmy H. Bolden

Jimmy H. Bolden, age 82, of Forsyth County, passed away at his home on Saturday morning, July 23, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Edd and Willie G. Bolden; brothers, James and Johnny Bolden and sister, Wilma Major. Jimmy was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church. He retired from Capital Cadillac after 48 years of service.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Boles Bolden; children, Christopher Hugh Bolden and his wife, Susan, Kimberly Bolden Scott, Jennifer Bolden Abbett and her husband, Kevin; grandchildren, Madison Bolden, Ryan Bolden, Parker Scott, Sydney Scott, Mason Cantrell, Kiley Cantrell; sister, Gwendolyn Wilkins and other relatives.

Jimmy’s pleasures in life include: fishing, gardening, woodworking and general handyman duties. He loved fixing things himself. His greatest joy in life was spending quality time with his grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 26,2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with William Brothers officiating. Internment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 25, 2022, from 2p.m. until 8p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA.
