Joann F. Payne

Joann F. Payne, 78, formerly of Dunwoody, GA, passed away of congestive heart failure on September 14th at her home in Sautee, Georgia. A beloved and devoted mother, she is survived by her seven children:

Michael Payne of Newport Beach, CA; Laurie and Gary Brown of Sautee, GA; Susie and Ken Bozeman of Lawrenceville, GA; Julie and Steve Ludwig of Coto de Casa, CA; Mary and Chris Flurer of Henderson, NV; John and Kathy Payne of Van Meter, IA; Anne and Brad Golke of Charlotte, NC; and her sister, Bettye Fletcher of Franklin, OH. Mrs. Payne had sixteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, one niece, and two nephews.

A private family memorial will be held in Kansas City at the site of her interment. Donations in her memory can be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital or to the American Heart Association.
