John Bernard Toothaker

John Bernard Toothaker, 78 of Cumming, Georgia passed away on August 16, 2010.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bernard Toothaker, MD and his mother Janette Blanchard.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ann Helvick Toothaker; children, John Toothaker of New York, James Toothaker of South Carolina, Jean Overton of North Carolina and Janice Gore of North Carolina; step-sons, Daniel McMillen of Ohio, Gary Mc Millian of Georgia; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

He proudly served our Country in the United States Air Force stationed in Biloxi, MS in the medical unit. He was a graduate of Syracuse University.

Mr. Toothaker would have been married 41 years in October of this year. All that knew him would proudly say he was a kind and good-hearted man who was devoted to his wife and family.
