John Fetcho,

John Fetcho, Jr. of Cumming, GA. passed away at 8:17 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Embracing Hospice in Cumming, GA.

He was born February 11, 1930 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to John J. Fetcho and Anna Kanasky. He married Donna Scherff on February 24, 1956 in Peoria, IL.

John was in the banking and savings and loan business in Peoria, IL for 35 years. Retiring in 1989, he and his wife moved to Lake Mary, FL. Three years ago they moved to Cumming, GA to be near family.

In addition to his devoted wife of 53 years, also surviving are his children John A. Fetcho of Palatine, IL. and daughter Sue LeQuier of Alpharetta, GA; sister Sylvia (Toots) Corrie of Peoria, IL; grandchildren Emily Fetcho of Carmel, IN., Ryan LeQuier and Lindsey LeQuier, of Alpharetta, GA; and daughter-in-law Sandra Fetcho of Palatine, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son Paul M. Fetcho, sister Dorothy Sherratt, and brother George Fetcho.

John was a member of Rivercliff Lutheran Church in Atlanta, GA where a memorial service will be held on Saturday, November, 14, 2009 at 4:00 p.m.
