John Milton Turner Jr., age 80 of Cumming, passed away Monday, August 11, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 7 sisters, and 2 brothers. Survivors include his wife, Evalina Turner; children, Jimmy (Rhonda) Turner of Cumming, Loretta (Robert Masters) Baggett of Dahlonega, Marcia (Greg Chambers) Methvin, of Cumming, John Carroll (Tracy Lynn) Turner of Cumming, and Gregory Scott Turner of Cumming; brothers and sisters, Jack (Charlene) Turner of Cumming, Sue (Jack) Heard of Ellijay, Ruby (Junior) Roper of Cumming, and Joann Tallant Wood of Auburn, Georgia; 23 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 13th at 3:30 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Chapman and Rev. Clyde Boling officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 12th from 3:00pm- 8:00pm and Wednesday, August 13th from 12:00pm until time of service.
