Judge J. Kelley

Judge J. Kelley, age 77, of Monticello, GA, formerly of Cumming, passed away on December 10, 2021. Judge was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a Christian man that was a member of Coal Mountain Baptist Church. Judge was a patriotic man who served his country in the U.S. Army. He loved to camp and fish and enjoyed the outdoors. He is preceded in death by his parents, Judge and Lula Mae Kelley; Son, Joel Shane Kelley; brothers and sister, G.W. Kelley, H.J. Kelley, Henry Kelley, Guy Kelley, Troy Kelley, Edith Brogdon, Travis Kelley, Lee Kelley.

He is survived by his wife, Gwen Shipwash Kelley; daughters and sons-in-law, Djuana (Victor) Hawbaker, Amanda (Paul) Busbee; sister Charlotte Poole; brother and sister-in-law, Donald (Dorothy) Kelley; sisters-in-law, Gail (Dan) Harvey, Dorothy (Lamar) Allen; 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Martin officiating. The interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, December 13, 2021, from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and on Tuesday, from 9:00 AM until the hour of service.
