Julia Jeannette "Mrs. B&qu Bledsoe

Julia Jeannette (Mrs. B) Bledsoe, age 80, of Statesboro, formerly of Cumming passed away Friday, October 28, 2016. Julia was a U.S Army veteran where she met her late husband, Randall G. Bledsoe. She retired from the U.S. Postal Service, and throughout her life was deeply devoted to her work with children in the many ministries in her church. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Lynn Sims of Statesboro, Julie and Danny Owenby of Dallas, GA; brothers and daughters-in-law, Gary and Elizabeth Bledsoe of Jacksonville, FL, Kenny and Robin Bledsoe of Dallas, TX; 9 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. A private family service will be held. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lighthouse Baptist Church Children's Ministries, 329 Harmony Church Road, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
