Katherine Marie Hendrix

Katherine Marie Hendrix, 90, of Woodstock, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2015. She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church in Woodstock. Marie is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Hendrix; daughters, Mary Alice Key, Janette Hendrix; grandsons, Marvin Key, Christopher Hendrix and her great grandson, Gage Hendrix. Survivors include her children, Lamar (Lynn) Hendrix of Alabama, Ann (Calvin) Bailey of Alpharetta, Larry (Debbie) Hendrix of Dallas; sister, Catherine Mullinax of Cumming; brother and sister-in-law, David and Louise Martin of Cumming, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bobby and Barbara Hendrix of Dallas; 8 grandchildren; 20 great Grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Rock Springs Baptist Church in Woodstock with Rev. Vernie Worley, Rev. Doug Carnes and Rev. Craig Richard officiating, she will lie in State from 12 to 1. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Roswell. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, from 6 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, from 4 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
