Lansing H. Pfluke

Lansing H. Pfluke, 80, of Canandaigua, NY passed away suddenly on April 12,2023. Predeceased by his parents, Lansing and Margaret Pfluke. Survived by his best friend and wife Patricia Pfluke, daughters Deanna Pfluke and Cherise Kelly (Daniel), grandsons Connor and Bryce Kelly.

Lance was a lifelong learner and a strong believer in the power of education, with a focus on doing what was right for his students.He began his career as an elementary teacher in Syracuse, NY and went on to become an elementary principal in Watertown and Bloomfield, NY.

Lance loved boating in Canandaigua,NY and vacationing in Singer Island, FL with his wife and family. He was a lover of all kinds of music and enjoyed going to live concerts.

Lance always enjoyed making people laugh, and valued most sharing time with his family.

There are no calling hours. A memorial church service will be scheduled at a later date in Rochester. NY. Those wishing to make donations may contribute to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in his memory.
