Leonard Marshall Luciotti, Jr. passed away on Sunday, January 30th, 2022 from Covid pneumonia at Northside Forsyth Hospital with his wife by his side. Len was born on November 29th, 1955, in Philadephia, PA to Leonard Sr. and Yolanda Luciotti and raised in Moorestown, NJ.
It is said that Len was the sweetest child and he always had a love and talent for music. At 17, he moved to Alabama with his parents and sister and soon after started his career in the furniture business. Len became a master upholsterer up until his death leaving a legacy behind him. He produced custom work for numerous celebrities in film, TV, music, comedy, and sports. His work can also be seen in several feature films, including one starring Tom Cruise, and in luxury magazines. Even with his great success, Len was extremely humble.
Len met the love of his life, Darlene, in 1977 and they were married for 43 amazing years. People that knew them always commented about how their love was so beautiful to watch. One thing that drew them together was their passion for Jesus Christ whom they served through their music ministry throughout the South, North, and Canada. The two main priorities in Len’s life were God and his family, he was a provider and protector. After moving to several locations, he and Darlene resided in Suwanee, GA over the last 20 years.
The moment you met Len, you were touched by his loving heart, gentle nature, compassion for others, generosity and kindness, and last but not least - his strength in all aspects, including his faith. He was filled with humor and loved making others laugh. Len found beauty in everything and was enraptured by nature. He was extremely devoted to his faith and love of Jesus. Len truly treated people as Jesus did with compassion, mercy, and non-judgment.
Len was wise beyond his years and could see beyond just normal thinking, he was deep and philosophical. He was highly intelligent and absolutely poetic.
Survived by his loving wife Darlene, his adoring son Tristan David Luciotti (Amy), and grandson Zachariah - who called him “Papa Monkey.” (Vancouver, WA) His older sister Linda Langston (Collinsville, AL), other relatives, and friends.
