Leslie Earl Kemp age 61 of Cedar Bluff, Alabama, formerly of Atlanta passed away August 22, 2016 from complications of COPD. Surviving are his mother, Bobbie T. Kemp and his aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 11 AM at Bald Ridge Chapel with Reverend Kathie Stasko officiating.
