Lillian Marie Brooks

Lillian Marie (Walls) Brooks age 84 is now resting in the arms of Jesus as of Monday, September 1, 2014. She loved serving God, loved her family and her community. She was a lifelong resident of Forsyth County. She was the Owner of Alpharetta Cleaners for over 20 years where she had many friends. She was loved deeply and will be missed by many. She is survived by her son Tommy Allen Brooks of Winder, Georgia, son Kenneth Michael (Cheryl) Brooks of Cumming, Georgia, 5 grandchildren Jason Brooks of Atlanta, Ga. David (Martie) Brooks of Cleveland, Ga. Scott Brooks of Winder, Ga. Kristen Brooks Sams of Cumming, Ga. Kelsey Brooks of Winder, Ga, 7 great grandchildren Anthony Galimore, Caleb Cooper, Cheyenne Brooks, Brady Brooks all of Cleveland, Ga. Lincoln Brooks of Winder, Ga. Remington Sams, Isaac Sams of Cumming, she is also survived by her sisters: Voncille Smith of Cumming,Ga., Dorothy Collins of Cumming, Ga. Orita (Bobby) Trammell of Cumming, Ga. Brother: Sherrill (Carol) Walls of Cumming, Ga, and several nieces and nephews. Service will be held Thursday at 11:00 am at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Brooks and Rev. Ruel Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Ingram Funeral Home from 1:00 - 8:00 pm and Thursday 9:00 am until time of service.
