Lucille Ann Argento

We are sad to announce the passing of Lucille Ann Argento of Cumming, Georgia.  She was a lifelong resident of Watertown, Massachusetts who was living in Cumming, Georgia for the past seven years.  She passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2023 at the age of 91 surrounded by her loving family.  Lucille was born on January 1, 1932, to the late Annette and Frank Argento.

Lucille is survived by her sisters Jean Trasente of St. Pauls, North Carolina, Camille Zaino of Naples Florida, Sandra Newcombe of Loveland, Colorado, Judy Harless of Natick, Massachusetts, her brother Michel Argento of South Yarmouth, Massachusetts and her sister-in-law Jane Argento of Cumming, Georgia.

She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Argento of Cumming, Georgia, sister Marie Zaino of Falmouth, Massachusetts and her loving companion of many years Edward DiCenzo of Boston, Massachusetts.  She also has numerous nieces and nephews living in various parts of the country. 

Lucille retired from Polaroid Corporation in Waltham, Massachusetts where she worked as a secretary for over thirty years.  Prior to her employment with Polaroid, she worked as a secretary for the American Cancer Society in Boston, Massachusetts. She was very involved with her family including nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.  She had pictures of all their children and/or grandchildren scattered throughout her home.  She also had many lifelong friends whom she kept in touch with on a regular basis. 

A celebration of her life will be scheduled at a later date when she is interred at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Watertown, Massachusetts.
