Lucy Jean Pritchett

Lucy Jean Pritchett, age 86 of Canton, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Harold Jett and Julie Chloe Jett; husband Charles Lamar Pritchett; Sisters, Mildred E. "Hudy" Chamblee and Betty Harrison. Survivors include her children; Timothy Charles Pritchett of Dawsonville, Joel Keith (Carol) Pritchett of Canton, David Lamar (Jane) Pritchett of Gainesville, Charles Lamar (Sandra) Pritchett II of Dawsonville , Robert Aaron (Molly) Bettis II of Marietta; 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Mary Mozelle Skinner of Temple, Brenda Greene of Mt Pisgah, NC, Rita (Bobby) Green of Cumming ; several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 11:00 am at Christ Church Culture Center, 315 Kelly Mill Rd, Cumming, GA with Rev. Charles Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Mt Pisgah United Methodist Church cemetery in Johns Creek. The family will receive friends at Byars Funeral Home, 155 Professonal Park Dr, Cumming, GA on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Byars Funeral Home, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
