Lula Fay Mullinax Holden

Lula Holden, born on October 23, 1945, peacefully passed away on August 30, 2024. She was a cherished member of Blessed Hope Baptist Church, where her faith and devotion shone brightly throughout her life. 

Lula was preceded in death by her beloved parents Leonard and Emily Faye Mullinax, as well as multiple brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband Richard J. Holden, Daughter June and Robbie Tribble, Son Ricky and Robin Holden. Her cherished grandchildren Stephen and Shannon Tribble, Shandi and Dylan Soles, and Daniel Holden. She also had Great Grandchildren:Emerson and Chase Tribble and Macie and Holden Soles. She leaves behind a legacy of love and service, having dedicated her life to caring for her family and enriching the lives of those around her. 

A devoted Christian, Lula exemplified kindness, compassion, and strength. Her unwavering faith guided her through life’s challenges and inspired all who knew her. She will be remembered not only for her nurturing spirit but also for her ability to bring joy and comfort to others. 

Lula’s memory will forever live in the hearts of her family and friends, who will carry forward her legacy of love and devotion. As we celebrate her life, let us remember the countless ways she touched our lives and the profound impact she made in the lives of all who knew her. 

Rest in peace, dear Lula. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten!

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Sunday, September 1, 2024, in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Josh Harrington officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Roswell, GA. The family will receive friends Saturday, August 31, 2024 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm, and Sunday, September 1, 2024 from 11:00 am until service time at Ingram Funeral Home, 210 Ingram Avenue, Cumming, GA 30040.
