Lynda Couch Murphy

Lynda Couch Murphy age 69, of Cumming, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2015. Lynda was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. Lynda retired from Tyson's after 43 years of service. She is preceded in death by her husband, John "JB" Murphy; parents, RL and Imogene Couch; sister, Debbie Couch and brother, Paul Couch. Lynda is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Angela King of Cumming, Michelle and Timothy Farist of Athens; Aunt Louise Akins; Uncle TL McBrayer; sister and brother-in-law, Darlene and Ronnie Eleazer; brothers and sister-in-law, Rev. RL and Vianne Couch, Jr., Jimmy Couch; 4 grandchildren, Kris and Kimm King, Alisha, Ashley, Grace and Anna; 4 great grandchildren, Thomas, Mason, Bristol and Kariale Hope and several loving nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. RL Couch, Jr., Rev. Ricky Fields and Rev. Allen Dixon officiating. Interment will follow at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday and Wednesday, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
