Mabel Lane Wilder

Mrs. Mabel Lane Wilder, age 83 of Cumming passed away Thursday, February 12, 2009 at Cumming Nursing Home. She was a 25- year member of the First Baptist Church of Darien where she was a Sunday school teacher. Mrs. Wilder was also a member of the Dorcas Society. Her parents, James & Dorcas Tutt and a son, Billy Lane, preceded her in death.

Survivors include three sons, Roger & Leigh Lane of Darien, GA, Bob & Judy Lane of Houston, TX, Jerry & Christy Lane of Darien, GA.; two daughters, Carolyn & Hank Lanier of Cumming, Ga, Barbara & Wadyce Jenkins of Darien, GA.; two sisters, Annette Harper and Lucille Taylor both of Dayton, Ohio; 18 Grandchildren and 29 Great Grandchildren. Also surviving Mrs. Wilder are a Daughter-In-Law Ellen Lane and two sister-in-laws, Betty Tutt of Sardinia, Ohio and Thelma Tutt of Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, February 16th at First Baptist Church of Darien with Rev. Michael Warren and Rev. Abe Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Brunswick Memorial Park.
