Marcus Brooks

Marcus Brooks, age 77, of Cumming, GA., passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019.

Marcus was a native of Forsyth County. He was preceded in death by his son, Wayne Brooks; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Crafton Brooks, Sr.; his brothers, Marvin, Jimmy, and Crafton Brooks, Jr.

He is survived by his sons and daughters in law, Steve Brooks of Cumming, Robert and Jane Brooks of Dawsonville, Sherry Brooks of Cumming; sisters, Peggy Bennett of Dawsonville, Joann Ogden of Milledgeville; 4 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, 5 great grandsons, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Gardens. Officiating the service will be David and Mike Pruitt,. Singing and Piano with Sandra Pruitt.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
