Marcus Franklin Roper

Marcus Franklin Roper, age 84 of Cumming, GA passed away on January 1, 2023. He was a member of Pine Crest Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Doyle and Cleo Roper; brothers and sisters-in-law, Holbert and Adele Roper, Ralph and Helen Roper, and Egbert Roper; sisters and brother-in-law, Ines and James Chadwick and Fairy Higgins.  

He is survived by his brother and sisters-in-law, Eddie and Linda Roper, and Mary Lou Roper; along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA with Rev. Shannon Westbrook officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
