Mark William Johnson, age 43 of Suwanee, GA, passed away Friday, October 24, 2014. Mark was a member of Saints Raphael Nicholas and Irene Greek Orthodox Church. He received his MBA from Georgia State University and was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan and North Carolina State University Wolf Pack fan. He worked in sales, marketing and commodities trading in the oil industry. He had worked with Dreyfus Oil, Transmontaigne Oil and Professional Energy Management. Survivors include his wife, Jennie P. Johnson of Suwanee; children, Patricia Christen and Alexander Paul Johnson; parents, Richard Johnson of Quaker Gap, NC and Pitsa Johnson of Pendleton, SC; mother-in-law, Katherine Psihogios of Birmingham, AL; brothers, Stephen Johnson of Atlanta, Richard "Connie" Johnson, Jr. of Greer, SC, Dan "Kay" Johnson of Atlanta; sister-in-law, Tina "Glenn" Fogel of Birmingham, AL; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 28th at 11:00 am at Saints Raphael Nicholas and Irene Greek Orthodox Church with Father Barnabas Powell officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm with a Trisagion at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Saints Raphael Nicholas and Irene Greek Orthodox Church or The Arthritis Foundation.
