Martha Lindsey

Martha Ball Lindsey, age 81, passed away on May 1, 2024.  She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church.  Martha was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She worked for the Forsyth County Board of Education in the food service department for 32 years ending as the manager of the North Forsyth High School Cafeteria.  She was a UGA football fan.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerry Lindsey; parents, Roy and Zula Ball; sisters, Elaine Tallant, Lavern Adkerson; brothers, Randall Ball, Calvin Ball.

 She is survived by her loving husband, Ray Reissener; children, Gene and Kim Sams, James and Teresa Sams, Darlene Johnson; grandchildren, Denise Stuart, Kevin and Melissa Sams, Josh and Tori Sams, Erica and Sam Rawlins, Jeremy and Jessica Johnson; great grandchildren, Kaylee Sams, Charlee Sams, Griffin Sams, Mabry Sams, Ansley Rawlins, Emma Rawlins, Hayden Johnson, Jackson Johnson, Charlotte Johnson; sister and brother-in-law, Hazel and Ken Thames; brother, Carol Ball; other loving family.

 Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 6^th, 2024, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Josh Sams, Rev. Sam Rickett, Rev. Shannon Westbrook, and Rev. Brandon Benefield officiating.  Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, May 5^th, 2024, from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and again on Monday from 9:00 AM, until the hour of service.
