Martha Sue Martin

Martha Sue Martin, age 79, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015 from an extended illness. A simple and sweet lady, Martha Sue was a life-long member of Salem Baptist Church. She has been reunited in Heaven with her husband, Ivan Martin; a son, Dwight Martin; her parents, William Everett (Bill) and Beulah Mae Smith Parks and many other family members and friends. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Jill and Stacey Evans of Gainesville; 2 grandsons, C.J. and Noah Evans; a brother-in-law, Harley Walls of Silver City; a sister-in-law, JoAnn Martin of Chestatee and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 7th, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Nix and Rev. Keith Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home Sunday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
