Martin S. Forman, 86, died peacefully on 6 April in Embracing Hospice in Cumming, GA. The cause of death was prostate cancer.
Martin was the second of three sons born in Brooklyn, New York to Samuel J. and Sadie Forman. He attended Bluefield College, and called in the draft to serve in WWII where he was made sergeant after being on the line for some time and was seriously wounded in The Battle of the Bulge. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

The love of Mr. Formans life was family. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Pauline, of Canton, Ga. Other survivors include his younger brother, Gerald Forman (Phyllis), an attorney in Weston, Florida; two grandsons by his daughter Susan, James and Scott Forbes; and many nieces and nephews.
