Marvin S. Milton, Sr., age 87, of Cumming, GA., passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019.
Marvin attended the Cumming First United Methodist Church. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the Shriners. Marvin was a past president of the Forsyth County Board of Realtors and one of the founders of the Harper Valley Hunting Club in Hancock County, GA. He loved hunting, fishing, making knifes and walking sticks. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Myrtle Milton; his brothers, Charles Milton and Jerry Watkins; his sister, Mary Marshall.
His survivors include his wife of 63 years, Carol Milton; his children, Chip Milton and Kim (Ronnie) Anderson; grandchildren, Chazz Milton and Emma Harper; special granddaughter, Anna Williams; several nieces, nephews, special great niece, Gail Smith, special great nephew, Mark Loudermilk and an adopted son, Sam Country Ballard.
Memorial services will be held Sunday, November 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bo Thompson officiating.
A visitation will be held for Marvin, Saturday November 2, 2019 at Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA from the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 noon until the hour of service.
