Mary Hughes Hamby

Mary Hughes Hamby, age 90, of Cumming, passed away Friday, January 17, 2014. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Cline Hamby; great granddaughter, Madison Garcia; great grandson, Eden Martinez and seven brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughter, Elaine Lamb; daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Earl Smith; son, Ricky C. Hamby; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Spencer Bennett; grandchildren, Chris and Julie Lamb, Stacy and Philip Furrow, Matthew and Teresa Smith, April and David Heidt, Brian Smith, Hunter Bennett, Logan Bennett, Lori and Robert Martinez, Tyler and Alicia Hamby; sister-in-law, Kathleen Hughes; brother-in-law, M.L. (Shorty) Hamby; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and other loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 20, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Reverend Gary English, Reverend Gerald Blackburn and Reverend Danny Bennett officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. and Monday, from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
