Melba Lou Gravitt

Melba Lou Dooley Gravitt, age 93, of Cumming, GA, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2012. She was a loving member of Salem United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Clint Gravitt; son, John Gravitt; parents, John and Alice Dooley; siblings, Edria Hughes, Carrol Dooley and Myron Dooley. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Louella and Jimmy Hulsey of Cumming, Vickie and Eugene Woodall of La Grange; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; sisters in-law, Marie Dooley of Cumming and Bevelyn Dooley of Snellville; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 5, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. John Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday, from noon until the hour of service. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
